What is Health Coaching?
Making lasting lifestyle change is hard. Even when you know it’s for the benefit of your health.
Often we don’t know where to begin or we start but drift back to old ways, feeling demotivated or overwhelmed by our goal and distracted by life’s challenges. What we’re missing is someone to support us along the way. This is where health coaching comes in.
Being your health coach means I’ll work with you to find a successful route to achieving your health and well-being goals. We’ll identify the important why, to get you motivated and consider achievable actions for the route ahead.
You’ll experience encouragement and inspiration through the change, and the chance to discuss challenges so we can find ways to navigate them successfully.
If you’re stuck, worried about your health, want to lose weight, move more or improve important health markers, health coaching is for you.

How much does it cost?
Packages start at 4 sessions to ensure you experience the benefits.
Other bespoke packages are available for particular needs and if you’re struggling financially, please still get in touch. Everyone should have access to the support they need so I have a set amount of reduced rate sessions for those on lower income and we can work out a payment plan that works.
Follow-up packages
After your starter package you can buy any of the following.
3 sessions: £105
6 sessions: £180
Payment for all packages will be 50% up front.
Individual Sessions
Or continue on a session-by-session basis.
£40 per session
Payment required before each session.
